Konami announced its upcoming classic console last month, and today's '80s-inspired trailer revealed full details, including the full lineup of games and release date.

We already knew that western audiences would get a different version of the mini console, not just aesthetically, but with a largely different lineup of software. Konami announced today that all versions of the console will contain games from different regions, and that those titles will remain in their native language. With 24 games from the North American Turbographx-16 Mini/European PC Engine Core Graphx Mini, and 26 games from the Japanese PC Engine Mini, this pushes the total up to an impressive 50 games.

Here's the full list of games available in English included in the Turbographx-16 Mini:

  • Alien Crush
  • Victory Run
  • Blazing Lazers
  • Neutopia
  • Dungeon Explorer
  • R-Type
  • Moto Roader

And here's the games in Japanese for the PC Engine Mini, that will also be playable on all versions of the new console:

  • The Kung Fu
  • Jaseiken Necromancer
  • Fantasy Zone
  • Appare! Gateball
  • Nectaris
  • Dungeon Explorer

  • Akumajō Dracula X Chi no Rondo
  • Bomberman ’94

  • Ginga Fukei Densetsu Sapphire

Much like previous classic consoles, Konami's offering will feature quick saves and a variety of display modes, but an add-on "multitap" will allow up to five people to play some games at the same time.

Following Hudson Soft's merge with Konami in 2012, the company has since published Hudson's old software – and now, hardware.

The classic console will launch in all regions on March 19, 2020. The one detail we don't yet know is the price, but with pre-orders going up on July 15 – exclusively on Amazon – we'll likely learn soon.
